Well, I finally made the leap. It was pretty scary but I did it. I’m talking about the move to WordPress. What were you thinking I was talking about?

Anyway, I found a terrific person to help me out with the transfer. He’s with Company of H and has made the whole thing relatively painless. You should check him out if you need some web development or help. I’m a fan.

I’m hoping the change will help showcase my writing and work in a way that makes more sense. If you end up thinking I’m even more fun, funky and cutting edge, that’s just icing on the cake.

Take a stroll around. I have my ramblings divided between my love of social commentary, stories about the ever ridiculousness of everyday life, and tips on navigating social media. We’re still working out all the bugs. I’ve incorporated the Disqus commenting system that now seems to be working but am waiting on all of the comments from the old site to be loaded. Disqus is taking its time.

Unfortunately, with the transfer lost all of my feed subscribers. Please, go and re-subscribe or subscribe for the first time. I’ll be ever grateful.

New posts to come shortly. I did just guest post over at Great Thoughts. My blogging friend, Andrea runs this terrific site devoted to books, reading and now the thoughts of people like me. Poor woman. Please go check it out. It’s my take on the Golden Globes and good for a laugh.
